The 50 ml Conical Centrifuge Tubes are used to hold semen extended with centrifugation media during centrifugation. The 50 ml Conical Centrifuge Tubes are made from a premium polypropylene copolymer, with excellent clarity properties and can withstand temperature extremes of -40C to 125C, and high centrifugation of 6000 RCF. These tubes are printed with clearly visible 5 ml graduations, have a large writing area, and are supplied with screw-on polyethylene caps for sealing the tubes during centrifugation.
